Creating a training plan is a pretty straightforward and intuitive process.
1. Training Plans > Create Training Plan
2. Name your Event
3. Select Event Type
4. Event Date
Events can't be in less than 15 days or in more than 6 months in the future.
5. Start Training Date
6. Event Distance
7. Event Ascendent Meters
8. Wait for the Coach to Create your Plan
Once you've provided all the required data to create a personalized training plan, your Coach will start creating the plan.
It will start by defining a monthly structure training plan based on your fitness and goals.
